1) Review the headlines of two national newspaper (not including the Stars & Stripes). Select an front page article and write a response to the journalist about the article. You may critique, question, correct, or heap praise on their work so long as you support your statements with facts and evidence. Your response will very likely be a full single-spaced typed page (which you'll turn in to me double spaced!) Include a full citation for reference.
2) Read chpts 6 & 7 in the text.
